They said they sent my money back not providing ANY KIND OF PROOF(receipt, MT-103, etc.)Feb 16, CEX.IO said "Your funds should have reach your bank account."So I was really grateful!!!, what a relief!! I replied them. thank you (I typed Thank you a lot..)I thought I can finally get out of this agony!I visited my bank many times wishing my money back. But. oddly enough, there's no money. and ask them, they said "We would kindly ask you do not worry and be sure that the funds should be available on your bank account in a short time."Even now(Feb 23), I don't get any money(USD 5500) nor e-mail from them!!I visited my bank many many times, but I can't learn any further because all of information they provided is that "they sent money." and they refuse to provide the information.(by ignoring my e-mail)Is it true that CEX.IO wired money?? or they are just lying?They sent me very short message (We are sorry for this delay, and we have increased the priority of your ticket. Please wait for an update from the Finance team.)And even now, they don't give ANY CLEAR EXPLANATION what has caused this.How ridiculous it is! Where did you send my money??? And they don't explain even after a week! This is unreal.CEX.IO is based on U.K. I admired U.K. because I think they are the origin of modern civilization. My dream of England has been shattered by CEX.IO and their irresponsibility.Back in my country(South Korea), This kind of accident(or SCAM) will not be tolerated by Judicial authority.I can't believe this and I am really outraged by it. please help me to get my money back......
